This offering is specifically designed for those who are already microdosing Amanita Muscaria and are seeking extra support in integrating their experiences. While Amanita opens doors of awareness and remembrance, it can sometimes bring to the surface emotions, insights, or energetic shifts that feel overwhelming or unclear. This is where Conscious Connected Breathwork becomes a powerful ally. By consciously linking the inhale and exhale in a continuous flow, this practice helps regulate the nervous system and creates a safe internal space to process what Amanita is awakening within you. Breathwork not only grounds the teachings of the mushroom, it helps you embody them, turning fleeting insights into lasting transformation. Through this session, you will be guided on a 45min Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, supported by intention setting, embodiment practices, and integration rituals. Together, we’ll work with what is arising for you, whether that’s stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, depression, or the navigation of major life transitions, and give it space to be seen, felt, and transformed. Cancellation Policy
To honour our time together and maintain clarity for all clients, the following policies apply to all bookings: Refunds: • Clients may cancel their session for a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations Within 72 Hours: • If a booking is canceled less than 72 hours before the session, refunds are not available. • Instead, the full amount will be issued as a credit to be used toward a future service with Amanita Allies. No-Shows: • If a client does not attend their scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and no refund or credit will be provided. By booking a service with Amanita Allies, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy AND are agreeing to take full responsibility for their health choices.
