Service Description
This 2 hour session is an invitation to gently meet the spirit of Amanita Muscaria for the very first time, while also getting to know me, Jessica, as a guide on this path. Together, we will enter a safe, intentional space to explore both the wisdom of this ancient mushroom ally and the transformative power of Conscious Connected Breathwork. You’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of this practice, learning to breathe in continuous, flowing rhythms that connect the inhale and exhale without pause. With supportive guidance, you’ll discover a diaphragmatic technique that: -Brings you into presence -Opens the body to feeling what is ready to be felt -Creates inner safety and trust -Allows the breath to become a soul guide -This practice can help release stored tension and emotions, while opening pathways to clarity, vitality, and a renewed sense of inner balance. During our time together, you will: -Experience a 45min Conscious Connected Breathwork journey -Engage in instruction, embodiment practices, and intention setting -Receive gentle Reiki & sound healing to support your process -Share in reflection and integration practices moving forward Whether you are seeking stress relief, emotional release, or a new tool for deep self-awareness, this session offers a grounded introduction to both the breath as a gateway to healing and the soul remembrance that unfolds when connecting with Amanita. Cancellation Policy
To honour our time together and maintain clarity for all clients, the following policies apply to all bookings: Refunds: • Clients may cancel their session for a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations Within 72 Hours: • If a booking is canceled less than 72 hours before the session, refunds are not available. • Instead, the full amount will be issued as a credit to be used toward a future service with Amanita Allies. No-Shows: • If a client does not attend their scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and no refund or credit will be provided. By booking a service with Amanita Allies, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy AND are agreeing to take full responsibility for their health choices.
