Before connecting with the mushroom, it’s important to anchor in presence. Microdosing isn’t about doing more — it’s about feeling more. It’s a practice of subtle awareness, of tuning in rather than reaching out.

 

In these few minutes, you’re invited to breathe, settle, and remember that we are already supported by the Earth — by the same mycelial intelligence that lives beneath our feet and within our being.

 

Let this be your moment to pause, to listen, and to set a clear, loving intention for your day & dose. There’s nothing to fix or force. Just feel your breath, your body, and your connection to nature — awake, alive, and open.
