Blessings this Winter Solstice

This chant came through as preparations were happening for Sunday’s Solstice gathering at the beloved dome in Metchosin…

There is soul mush that could be expressed in regards to the potency of pure hearted intention & openness that was honoured in the circle…

A degree of depth & intimacy this soul reveres more and more each time we come together to breathe in this way. There is soul mush love I feel for each beautiful soul who trusted the invitation and committed to each breath to go deeper and deeper within.

And yet all I can hear is the whisper of Amanita saying… And now we Winter…

Now we honour all the doing of this past year, with more sacred pauses to savour the stillness & rest Winter is summoning us to. Including saying less & feeling more. Embracing the silence.

Breathing in & out…

Slow gentle deep nourishing grounding breaths…
