As the wheel turns toward Autumn, we arrive at the Fall Equinox/Mabon, a powerful threshold where light and dark meet in balance. This is a powerful time to pause, reflect, gather the harvest of what we have grown, and begin the gentle turning inward that this time of year so naturally invites.

About the event
Here on the wild & whimsical west coast of Vancouver Island, the Fall Equinox is an extra celebratory time! As it also marks the time when we begin to notice one of the forest’s most iconic allies appearing again… Amanita Muscaria! Yes! Foraging season has arrived! As the mushrooms begin to emerge from the earth, we are invited to slow down, listen, reconnect with the rhythms of the earth and give thanks for all the abundance that surrounds us.
Sistar, you are invited to join me for an evening of Conscious Connected Breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, intention, oracle cards, shadow work, mythology, sharing, education, community and optional microdosing Amanita Muscaria as we honour this transitional time of year!
