Part educational exploration, part embodied journey, this seasonal online gathering will weave together the folklore, history, and cultural stories surrounding the beloved Amanita Muscaria with the transformative practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork.
We’ll begin in a sharing circle, creating space to arrive, connect, and drop in. From there, we’ll explore the educational theme of the session, learning about Amanita Muscaria and the rich traditions, folklore, and mysteries woven around this iconic mushroom.
Then, we’ll move from the mind into the body with a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, using music from around the world where Amanita has held a place in traditional lore and contemporary reverence. The breathwork offers an opportunity to integrate what we’ve explored, travel inward, and allow the subconscious to follow its own thread of curiosity.
